The New at & t samsung Solstice phone support not only as the mp3 file as ringtone, but also for contact ringtone, alarm tone or as the incoming call ringtone, but please note, only mp3 files less than the 300K can be assigned as the ringtones,

Please note, MP3, AAC, WMA, MP4, 3GP and AMR all files media format can set as ringtone.

to assign or set mp3 files as ringtone on A887 Solstice phone follow steps below:

1. From the standby screen, press Menu
2. Press My Stuff
3. Press Audio
4. Press either Tones or Music,
   to view the contents
5. Press the desired
   MP3 file to play it
6. Press Set as
7. Press one of the following:
   • Call Ringtone: To set the MP3 as the current profile’s Ringtone
   • Caller Ringtone
     • Press Search Contact
     • Press the desired Contact
     • Press Save to assign the MP3 file as
       the Caller Ringtone
   • Alarm Tone
     • Press the desired Alarm
     • Presson Save to assign the MP3 file as
       the Alarm Tone
